If you want to return an item, you have 100 days from the date of purchase to send it back to us, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed and in the original condition they were sent to you.

To make the return it's incredibly easy all you have to do is fill in the returns form in your packet (if you can't find it click here to contact us to grab a new one) and simply attach the sticky pre-paid Royal Mail label found inside then put it in the post. No hidden fees or costs just send it back with the reason and we will either refund or exchange the item for you!
